Request for NORSE EXPLORE Group Visit
to Northern Kentucky University

We are delighted with your interest to visit the NKU campus. Please submit the following information no later than four-weeks prior to the planned visit. Every attempt will be made to accommodate your group with the requested dates, times and activities. Your visit will be confirmed by Community Connections and is not definite until that time. We can accommodate a maximum of 130 visitors at a time. Larger groups need to be split into numerous visits. We require one chaperone for every ten students. These adults are expected to monitor and control the behavior of participating students.

We recommend a 2 to 3-hour visit, excluding lunch.

If you plan to bring lunch, we can usually schedule a place to eat. We cannot provide storage for bagged or boxed lunches, which should remain on the bus or in another vehicle for delivery to the designated lunch spot by teachers and/or chaperones.

If you buy lunch, we can usually schedule an all-you-can-eat buffet at Norse Commons for $6.15 per person. You are responsible for payment with cash, check, credit card or purchase order.
