Academic Enrichment

NKU Community Connections' exciting youth program is designed to offer P-12 students opportunities for academic enrichment in a variety of topics including science and nature, visual and performing arts, language and culture, mathematics, and more. Most importantly, Norse Kids classes are lively, interactive, stress-free and fun.

Weekend Series

Open Enrollment

Norse Kids classes are open enrollment, designed as enrichment opportunities for all students who wish to participate. Instructors are NKU faculty, staff and adjunct instructors, Northern Kentucky P-12 teachers and community-based educators with experience and expertise in specific content areas. Classes are fee-based, but affordable.

Registration is available by mail, telephone (859-572-5600) or the Web. To register by mail, complete the registration form in its entirety and issue payment with check, money order or Visa, Master Card or Discover credit card.

Course Proposals

Course proposals are accepted year-round. Individuals interested in instructing a Norse Kids class are invited to contact Linda Nesbitt, director of Community Connections, at (859) 572-1463 or at  nesbitt@nku.edu.
