REFUNDS, CREDITS and DISCOUNTS

Refunds & Credits

1. A registration cancellation notice of at least 3 business days prior to the start of the course must be given to receive either a refund by check or an in-house credit for the full amount paid. Should a participant cancel registration less than 3 business days prior to the program, no refund will be issued. Special deadlines apply for specific programs as noted in NKU Connections and other promotional materials.
2. Special policies apply for the Basic RiderCourse and Experienced RiderCourses of the Kentucky Motorcycle Program.

3. If Community Connections cancels a program, a refund by check or an in-house credit for the full amount paid will be issued.
4. We cannot accept responsibility for cancellations made via email or voicemail. All cancellations should be made to a live person.
5. In-house credit balances may be transferred to another person.
6. Community Connections does not maintain a waiting list.
7. Most Community Connections programs are reserved for adults 18 & older. Persons 15 to 17 may attend when accompanied by an adult who is also enrolled in the class. This excludes SAT and ACT Prep classes and others designed specifically for youth.
8. Community Connections reserves the right to change instructors without notice to participants.
9. Instructors reserve the right to counsel students out of classes if requisite skills are not demonstrated. We regret that refunds are not available under this circumstance.

Discounts
A 15% discount is available to full-time NKU faculty and staff, their spouses and dependents, and NKU alumni. Eligible discounts must be requested at time of registration and are not applicable to certain programs as noted in NKU Connections or in other promotional materials. Only one discount per class may be taken. Discounts do not apply to materials.
