NKU Connect Center Services & Fees Community Connections provides event support services to other NKU departments sponsoring occasional or periodic public events. Four tiers of event support are offered: 1) event promotion via NKU Connections, the tri-annually printed catalog and online schedule of NKU activities open to the public, at no cost to the sponsoring department 2) promotion plus registration processing, including Web and phone registration, confirmation by mail, cancellations, transfers and refunds at $7 per participant 3) event promotion and registration processing plus invoicing, tracking of account balances due, measurement of promotional effectiveness, management of continuing education credit, housing reservations, meal tickets and products, and reporting of event performance, revenue, and expenses at $9 per participant 4) program co-sponsorship with instructor recruitment and compensation and program preparation and start-up at 50% of net revenue A minimum service fee of $200 for Level II and $300 for Level III support services applies. Community Connections provides event support for a variety of events, including Borderlands Underground Railroad, Industrial Organizational Psychology and Labor Management annual conferences, as well as Educational Outreach adult learner information sessions and Institute for Public Leadership and Public Affairs workshops. To arrange a service agreement, complete the Event Support Agreement Application at least two weeks prior to the start of registration.
